Lavinia Trade receives payment with MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and Mobile Pay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when your order has been shipped.
All amounts are in DKK Danish kroner and incl. VAT.
Lavinia Trade encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction.
First order has to be paid in advance.

Lavinia Trade delivers with Post Danmark, DAO or GLS, unless otherwise stated. Timely delivery, however, requires shipping companies to comply with day-to-day delivery. In case of delay in shipping companies, this will correspondingly delay delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Post Denmark’s quality target for delivery security is 97% for mail packages and 99% for package mail. However, note that these percentages are average and can cover large local and time-limited variations. In the case of very delayed (several days) Lavinia Trade will of course send a new delivery free of charge.
Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands is not covered by Post Danmark’s target of day-to-day delivery, as shipments to these areas may in some cases last 2 days. Lavinia Trade is always based on day-to-day delivery.
Delivery to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad is shipped with Post Danmark or GLS.

Lavinia Trade provides a 2-year right of claim under the Purchasing Act. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back or refund in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You must make Lavinia Trade aware within reasonable time after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you make Lavinia Trade aware of the defect within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If your claim is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to receive a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.
When you return the item, please describe the problem as detailed as possible. Please attach a photo.

Return of products also takes place at this address – please note that we do not receive packages sent per. COD. Return can also be done by handing the item personally to us. This is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if the return form (attached to the order confirmation) or adequate information follows the package – such as copy of order confirmation, registration number and bank account number for which a refund can be made, copy of any prior correspondence etc.
There is a 14-day return on the goods. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item or you receive the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on multiple items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the delivery within 14 days.
The notification shall be given per mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our default cancellation form and send alongside the order you wish to return. The cancellation form is attached to the order confirmation. You cannot cancel your order simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us a clear notice.
Please note that you will not get a refund of your delivery costs if you cancel only part of your purchase.
You must send your order back to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You are responsible of the direct costs associated with the return of the item. You are responsible of the risk of the item from the time of delivery.
Lack of original packaging may be result in a depreciation, therefore in order to be sure to receive the full amount back it is recommended that the item should be returned in original packaging.
The condition of the goods when you return the order.
You are only liable for any depreciation in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the item, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the product is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider the item used, which means that if you regret the purchase only will receive some or the full purchase amount, depending on the items commercial value. In order to receive the full amount, you must treat the item as you would in a physical store. You can try out the product but do not start using it properly.
In case of agreed discount, returned items or prepaid items canceled before shipment, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, so Lavinia Trade requires information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive, and can be disclosed without further notice per e-mail or other traditional form of correspondence.
Refusal in relation to cancellation
If you regret your purchase, you will receive the full amount you have sent to us. In case of a depreciation you are liable for, this amount will be deducted from the full amount. If you use your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer) without unnecessary delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw this agreement. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item(s), unless you have submitted documentation that the order has been shipped back to us.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Agency Center for Complaints Solutions, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.
